Problem
ESTIM CONSULTING was using a custom order management software to manage their operations, but it required significant changes in terms of technology and design to meet current standards and improve usability. It was outdated and hindered efficient workflow for both internal Estim employees and external stakeholders.
Solution
To address the identified challenges, four key solutions were implemented. The existing order management system was rewritten using new technology, improving its performance and efficiency. We’ve implemented: Symfony, PHP version 8.1, MySQL, SwiftMailer and decided on AWS for hosting. As a result, the software was optimized to provide a seamless user experience and support efficient handling of property valuation requests. Our graphic designer collaborated with Estim to redesign the user interface, ensuring a modern and intuitive design. The new interface focused on convenience and visual appeal, which enhanced user satisfaction and overall usability. The system was tailored to accommodate users with different roles, both internal Estim employees and relevant external parties. Role-based access guarantees that each user is provided with the appropriate level of access and functionality, ensuring data security and streamlining collaboration. The revamped system allows users to track the progress of each property valuation request until its resolution. This provides transparency, communication, and efficiency in managing the entire process.
