For over 20 years, ESTIM CONSULTING has been delivering expert property valuation services for individuals, corporations, and financial institutions. Their custom order management platform was a critical part of day-to-day operations—but over time, it became outdated. The system's limitations in usability, performance, and scalability began to hinder workflows for both internal teams and external partners.
To stay competitive and meet modern digital standards, ESTIM needed to redesign and refactor its core software from the ground up. The goal: improve efficiency, streamline collaboration, and enhance the experience for every type of user interacting with the system.

Our Solution
We began by conducting a deep analysis of existing workflows, identifying key pain points in technology, user experience, and performance. Based on this, we proposed a complete overhaul—focusing on four essential improvement areas:

2. Redesigned, User-Centric Interface
Our graphic designer worked closely with the ESTIM team to redesign the user interface from scratch. The result was a clean, modern, and responsive design that prioritizes ease of use and clear navigation.
From dashboard views to request tracking and input forms, every element was evaluated and adjusted for a streamlined user experience—making the platform not just functional, but pleasant to use.
3. Role-Based Access and Permission Management
To support the needs of both internal staff and external stakeholders, we introduced a role-based access system. Each user now sees only what’s relevant to their responsibilities—ensuring clarity, security, and improved collaboration across user types.

4. Transparent Tracking and Request Management
One of the standout features of the new system is enhanced tracking of valuation orders. Users can now follow the entire lifecycle of a property valuation request—from creation to resolution—via a clearly visualized timeline and status updates.
