Problem
Betafence regularly provides innovative solutions to its clients. When the company decided to introduce a dedicated calculator to its store that allows users to conveniently calculate the price of the fence, it turned out that the e-commerce solutions offered by the Presta platform (where e-shop was developed) do not allow to use custom solutions. It was necessary to use other software and move all infrastructure to a new, more functional ecosystem.

In order to expand the possibilities of personalizing services, we decided to transfer the store from Prestashop. We have carefully studied the client's needs in order to choose a tool that will meet their expectations. After appropriate interviews and analysis, the choice fell on the Sylius platform. The software had everything that allowed the development of the Betafence store with new functions. Our developers created an advanced configurator, which enables users to design their fences by drawing them on Google Maps. This unique tool allows you to accurately measure the real distance from the map, calculate the number of panels needed and determine the estimated price. Existing and new Betafence customers have gained one more convenience that will help them shop comfortably.
